In QuickBooks Desktop 2021, printing W-2 forms for your employees is easy. For this task, you will need to use a third-party payroll service. Use the drop-down list to select which employees to include on the form, verify or update your employee information, and then click Next > Print W2s to print the form for each employee on plain paper or preprinted forms or IRS W2s if you’re doing a test print first before finalizing your forms for submission or printing them on plain paper or preprinted forms using 1099-Etc software .
